Statement of Services

Positive reinforcement of acceptable behavior is used to encourage proper classroom conduct. The children are rewarded with verbal praise, stickers, and other desirable consequences. There are occasions when unacceptable behavior such as teacher disregard, disrespect, and dangerous aggressive play needs disciplinary attention. Verbal reminders and “quiet” corner are the only corrective measures used at Kingdom Kids Preschool.

Generally, the children are given two verbal reminders before “time out” is assigned. During “time out” the child is placed in an area that is removed from where the other children are playing but still under the watchful eye of the teacher or other staff person. The child is required to sit one minute for each year of age. Before returning to play, the reason for the “time out” and the desired behavioral changes will be discussed with child.

Field Trips off campus are not permitted.

Pesticide Application – Kingdom Kids Preschool will provide written notification of pesticide application to the families of enrolled children at least 48 hours prior to the application.

Parents/Guardians have complete access to areas of the facility where their enrolled child is receiving services form the program.

Kingdom Kids Preschool is insured by Church Mutual.

Kingdom Kids Preschool is a non-profit organization; licensed by Arizona Department of Health Services. It is located on the Campus of Fountain of Life House of Worship. The Center’s Director is Jeannette Russell.

Our aim is to help prepare each child for Kindergarten and life’s situations. The children are taught to care for their personal needs, share and be considerate of others. They are also taught an awareness of God and the love he has expressed for us through His son Jesus and are challenged with new learning experiences.

Our hours of operations are from 7:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Enrollment is open to any child, provided the school can meet his/her needs, without discrimination in regards to race, color, religion, national origin, physical handicap or sex, in accordance with Arizona States Statutes. Children age 3, 4, and 5 may enroll. Afterschool and during the summer months we have a summer school-age program which includes children through age 12.

The fee rate is $177.00. per week for full time and $100.00 per week for part time. The fees include 2 snacks. All fees must be paid at least one week in advance. Fees can be paid by check, money order, cash, or debit. There is an annual non-refundable enrollment fee of $75.00 to be paid when the enrollment packet is submitted.

The Preschool will be closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, July 4^th, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after, and Christmas Day.

Transportation is not provided.

Children are to be brought in through the door at the northeast corner of the building. The child’s arrival time must be noted on the sign-in sheet. The parent or guardian must escort the child to his/her room. Children can only be picked up and signed out at the front door. They will only be released to a parent or legal guardian; unless the parent or legal guardian has notified the school by phone or in writing.

Kingdom Kids Preschool is open Monday through Friday from 7:00a.m. until 5:30 p.m.
